Calvin Baker

Mr. Baker has been the Superintendent of the Vail School District since 1988, where he has overseen the tremendous growth the district has experienced over the past two and a half decades. Mr. Baker received his undergraduate degree from Grand Canyon University, his Masters in Education from Arizona State University and his administration certification from Northern Arizona University. Mr. Baker was named administrator of the year in 1999, an All-Arizona Superintendent in 2004, and one of those recognized in Arizona Daily Star’s 2010 edition of 40 under 40 leaders in Southern Arizona.
