STEM Learning Center
The STEM Learning Center aims to advance access and equity in STEM learning. We do this through research on STEM education and through direct work with students, faculty, and community programs. Research Director, Dr. Heather Haeger leads research initiatives on the ways that people (students, graduate students, and faculty) interact with systems of social reproduction in higher education and ways of interrupting those systems to create greater access, inclusion, and equity in STEM education. This research is the foundation of the theory of change that informs the STEM Learning Center’s research agenda.
