Theory of Change: If we 1) conduct research on how educational systems and policies structure opportunities for students and faculty in STEM, and 2) use research to inform practice to create more inclusive and engaging STEM learning environments, then 3) we will enact institutional change toward improving STEM education and broadening participation in STEM.
